With over 20 years of global experience in both Underground and Open Pit mining, he leads global continuous improvement in geotechnical engineering, including strategy, risk management, and value, leads the development of standards, promotes their implementation across the business, and provides assurance. He has developed an internal and external network of geotechnical professionals promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement as a trusted advisor across BHP Regions of Minerals Americas, Minerals Australia and Petroleum and providing expert advice for independent Peer Reviews and other reviews as required.
